Please do not use this website! They are frauds.
The customer service numbers are never answered. Delivery times not respected. Once you pay they have nothing to do with you anymore. Making a purchase at this website is like donating the money to the uneducated/unprofessional owners.

This was a Valentines Day order, ordered on 10th February, added vase. I came across these reviews after ordering.
This was being delivered to a Mumbai location during the business day. They arrived on time, in a large flowers arranegment to avoid any damage, and in good condition. My GirlFriend is very happy about the quality of the flowers.I love FLORAPASSIONINDIA.com quality of flowers and on time delivery.

My husband and I got some flowers from our friends sent through FloraPassionIndia.com some months ago, so this time we decided to give it a try to surprise then on their wedding anniversary. We ordered through www.florapassionindia.com website but since I was having some problems with my connection I decided to call their customer service and they were really helpful and nice. We ordered lilies bouquet that was to be delivered on the day of their anniversary just before noon since they had other plans for later that day. We placed the order and we immediately got a confirmation response and we could follow the status of the order thanks to their tracking service. The flowers were delivered in Bangalore very punctually and they happily surprised with the beautiful bouquet and the presentation. Keep up the good work!

Lovely flowers and wonderful fluffy toy, my Mum got a real suprise. I ordered the day before and the service was easy and delivered exactly as promised. I especially like the extra touch which is on the website it says what the flowers mean, its makes the selection extra special.
